The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) is an electricity distribution company that supplies electricity to the Islamabad Capital Territory, Rawalpindi, Attock, Chakwal, and Jhelum districts in Pakistan. IESCO was established in 1998 after the unbundling of the Pakistan Electric Power Company (PEPCO), and is headquartered in Islamabad.

IESCO is responsible for the distribution of electricity to more than 2.8 million customers, including domestic, commercial, and industrial consumers. The company manages a network of more than 15,000 km of transmission and distribution lines, and operates 118 grid stations and 55 132 kV and 66 kV substations.

IESCO’s mission is to provide reliable, efficient, and affordable electricity to its customers, while also promoting sustainable energy practices and minimizing the environmental impact of its operations.
