The Special Communication Organization (SCO) is a public sector organization under the Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication of the Government of Pakistan. Its headquarters are located in Rawalpindi.

SCO is responsible for providing modern telecommunication services to the remote and far-flung areas of Pakistan, particularly in the Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJ&K) and Gilgit-Baltistan (GB) regions.
